Before you buy on the platform
1. General terms of sale
1.1 These General Terms of Sale (GTS) apply to all items offered for sale on the Tidar.ma application. 1.2 Any order on the application is subject to the Customer’s prior review and unreserved acceptance of these GTS and the applicable prices. 1.3 The application has been developed in compliance with Moroccan legislation, in particular Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data. 1.4 Please read the General Terms of Sale (GTS) below carefully before ordering any product or service on Tidar.ma. 1.5 By placing an order on our application, by any means, you agree to be bound by these General Terms of Sale.
2. Definitions
2.1 “Agreement” means these General Terms of Sale (GTS), the privacy policy, payment information, and anything we provide to you; 2.2 “you”, “your”, and “yours” mean the person accessing the website and placing an order for goods or services we offer there (tickets). Access to Tidar.ma by any other means also binds you to these General Terms of Sale; 2.3 “We”, “our”, “ours”, “TIDAR” refer to the company 1948 FACTORY whose registered office is at AV. ABDELKRIM EL KHATTABI RES. JAWAD IMM. 109 APPT N°43 3rd FLOOR MARRAKECH, Marrakech 2.4 “Products” and “goods” mean all products we offer for sale on our application; 2.5 “Service” or “Services” mean all services we offer through our website (tickets), 2.6 “Website” means our website Tidar.ma 2.7 “Mobile application” means our Tidar application, available on Android & iOS

4. Prices and payment
4.1 Our product prices are stated in Moroccan dirham, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated. 4.2 All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Moroccan dirham. 4.3 TIDAR and its partners reserve the right to change prices at any time, and also the right to change products or services available for sale on the website and the mobile application, 4.4 An event ticket is charged at the price in effect when the order is confirmed. 4.5 The ticket remains the property of Tidar until the price is paid in full. 4.6 The event is entirely the responsibility of the promoter, including compliance with regulations and laws in force, customer safety, admission policy, and the refund procedure in case of cancellation. As a sales intermediary, Tidar cannot be held liable for any of these matters. 4.7 In case of cancellation, the organizer decides the timing of the refund, the amount of the refund, and communication about refunds to customers. As service fees, Tidar will retain from the organizer the commissions paid at the time of the customer’s ticket purchase. 4.8 Payment is made online via the mobile application.
5. Purchases
5.1 When you make a purchase on the mobile application, we may ask you to provide personal information (name, phone number, billing or delivery address). 5.2 Make sure the information you provide is accurate and complete when you place the order. 5.3 Some organizers may state explicitly on the event sales page (in particular in the description or on offers / tickets) specific additional conditions to these GTS — for example permission or prohibition to film, photograph or record during the event, access rules, minimum age, or any other specific notice. Please read them carefully before purchasing: when clearly displayed there, they form an integral part of your commitment for that event.
6. Right to erasure of your personal data
6.1 You have the right to ask us to erase your confidential personal data. You may withdraw your consent to the use of your data electronically by contacting the following email: [email protected].
7. Secure payment by bank card
7.1 Online payment on our site is secured by the CMI online payment platform. The electronic payment security system implemented by CMI is certified by Moroccan banks and by international bodies VISA / MASTERCARD. The CMI platform guarantees confidential processing of your banking and personal data in line with applicable security standards, as well as Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
8. Refunds
8.1 Refund requests in case of cancellation must be submitted through the channels communicated by our team. A deadline will be specified for refund requests (generally one week), after which we will no longer be able to accept refund requests. Please check this deadline before submitting your request.
8.2 All fees associated with purchasing tickets, including but not limited to processing fees, service fees, booking fees, and other related fees, are non-refundable. If a ticket order is cancelled or the booking is changed, the above fees will not be refunded, whether the cancellation or change is made by the customer or by the event organizer. Ticket purchase fees are considered costs of the booking service and are not refundable, whether the booking is used or not.
8.3 Tickets are in no case refundable when the event is not cancelled, in particular when they are expressly marked “Non-refundable” at purchase or when the organizer has made them non-refundable. Any refund request will be systematically refused in these cases, without exception, except in exceptional circumstances expressly provided for and communicated by the organizer.
